  1. Thank you for sharing this most current research in Sept 2013 on the future of employment. Interesting analysis which estimates about 47% of total US employment is at risk.
    Figure 1 pg 28 is an interesting depiction.
    I also note the evidence that salary and educational attainment exhibit a strong negative with the probability of computerisation. Their model predicts computerisation being principally confined to low-skill and low-wage occupations. Therefore low-skill workers will change tasks that are less or non-susceptible to computerisation; which require creative and social intelligence skills.

    In a way,this reasearch supports our learning by doing project by allowing us to focus on the future needed students' skills as mentioned above. Especially for student exiting at applied diploma or associate degree.
