Connectivism
Connectivism is a learning theory which is being developed by Stephen Downes and George Siemens. The main idea is that learning is supported most efficiently in social networks and learning processes are realized through Personal Learning Networks (PLN). George Siemens describes the theory in this video clip (2007).
